Telefonica User Council website is a vital governmental tool connecting users, non-profit organizations, and regulatory bodies such as Anatel. Its purpose is to assess telecom services, improve customer experience, and ensure user representation. The redesign aimed to transform the outdated platform into a modern, accessible, and compliant tool to support civic engagement.

Timeline

The project spanned 5 weeks (200 hours), focused on delivering a fully compliant, user-friendly website with optimized registration and voting flows.

A three-month project timeline shows stages: "Discovery" in July for design exploration, "Exploration & Concept" in late July to early August focusing on structure, "Visual & Brand" in mid to late August for content and layout, and "Refinement & Release" in September emphasizing project delivery completion.

Background

The previous website struggled with significant issues, including outdated design, lack of accessibility, and inefficiencies in user registration and voting processes. As a critical platform for meeting Anatel's governmental requirements, these shortcomings hindered its ability to serve its purpose. The redesign aimed to align the platform with accessibility standards, enhance usability, and meet regulatory compliance.
